I just used Stephen for an inspection of a home that we are purchasing. Stephen was on-time, very knowledgeable and super easy to get along with. I found him to not only be thorough in what he saw, but helpful in figuring out what sorts of things we can fix ourselves vs. what we will need to hire someone to fix. Couldn't recommend him more!
