The water tank connector to the gas line wasn’t done correctly and the customer service at this company is terrible. They are not a people first place and I would recommend using another company.

Steel City Plumbers were super speedy to come help fix a clogged drain that was causing issues for us! They provided a few different options and were helpful and friendly when it came to explaining our options and the repair process.

Brandon was very nice and easy to work with. However, I got severely overcharged by the Company and one of the leaks still persisted. Unable to provide an itemized list of the work done and unable to explain the charges. The company was not willing to work with me to resolve. In process of resolving externally.
