I have a 9x 12 area rug that was heavily stained in spots from previous owners wearing shoes off the street indoors. The young man who came to clean was polite and worked hard to clean it. When it dried however I noticed there were still spots where dark areas could be seen. I hired this company to clean my tile floors, while they were here they damaged a wall when their equipment exploded leaving a large dark area on my wall. During the cleaning process they caused significant amount of damage to my base boards. I reached out to the company asking for them to repair the damage.
