First of all the 2 gentlemen that came to give an estimate were very professional and extremely nice. Never once tried to sell us on anything. Just explained what they would do and how they would achieve our goals. We agreed on price, date, and times. They texted and emailed the quote, called 30 mins before the appt, and arrived on time. Had 1400 sq ft of large tile and grout cleaned. Two previous quotes were $1,000 and $1500 over Stanley Steemer for the exact same job.
