Absolutely horrific experience today with Stanley Steamer. We had them out to our new house today to simply clean out our dryer vent as we just recently moved and the vents were filthy. Very straight forward job, we didn’t think much of it. The crew showed up late and clearly were not trained properly. They began attempting to “clean” a vent that I told them wasn’t my dryer vent. They continued to attempt to clean it and advised us no lint or debris was coming out… almost like it wasn’t the drye

Sam and Evan done an excellent job cleaning our carpet. They were very professional and courteous. They were very timely, they showed up early and knocked it out. We are very pleased with their work and attitude. We are very pleased with their work!! Thank you Evan and Sam
