We walked the property and I made specific requests for our project. I was never provided with the product information I requested and the quote had several specific design elements completely omitted. I sent multiple texts and emails requesting corrections/updates as well as requested additional information for other product

TLDR: Hire them. Best price, best work, best follow ups, best fixes, best customer service. Research phase: we looked for someone to install a privacy fence around our back yard. We got 3 quotes and SS Tampa came in considerably lower than other 2. Ben was responsive, informative, and gracious with his time and attention to detail. We chose SS of Tampa. Execution phase: 50% deposit to get job approved and in planning was simple enough but the speed at which we got into a schedule was pleasant
