This company uses a telecenter to make appointments. The center has no idea what's going on. The contractor refuses to come in person to look at the property. He wants you, the customer, to measure, photo and video your property for him. I needed to consult with someone about the best options for my property - I made an appointment with the telecenter but then the contractor called to cancel thirty minutes before the appointment. Very unprofessional.

Someone came out for a quote. Called multiple times to follow up on quote and still never heard back.
