We've been having trouble with the gate—when we use the opener, the power cuts out. John came to take a look and it turned out the wiring was connected incorrectly. It took him a couple of hours, but he rewired the whole system and we haven't had any more problems. Thanks!

We were having trouble opening the door, it was scraping against the top. Mitch told us that's normal and it shifts a few millimeters with usage. He readjusted it on the tracks. Seemed pretty easy. Huge guy.
