These guys are incredibly unpleasant. I come in to buy some parts to repair a window and you would think I ruined the guys whole life. I’m asking a couple of questions to try to understand the products a little better and this guy is gatekeeping the product information. Telling me he can’t sell me the little part I’m asking for without looking at the window first and doing an estimate or it could be wrong and there’s no returns there’s only 4 different kinds iust give me 2 of each kind each one

John and his guys did a great job replacing our old sliding glass doors with French doors. Got the job done in about a month from the time I called, and very reasonably priced. His guys were there all day for the installation, which looks amazing - they took the time to do it right. Based on my experience, I'd have no problem highly recommending St. Johns Door & Window.

They installed new windows and didn't finish telling me how to be able to clean the outside of the bottom screen den window, when I stopped by the store, they could not tell me the answer
