This business is very dishonesty. They don't accept their defective item. They try to get away with it so that they can charge 20% the restocking fee to cover their cost. I bought a watch which the time function does not work correctly. I have recorded many clips to show them. They delibrately find a way to refuse the defective function. This is a fraud business. Fraud Report has been filed.
