In my last 2 visits, 18 months and 2 months ago, the employee was very helpful and polite. He found what I needed and have done helpful instructions. When I went in today, 3/16/26, I asked the employee being the counter for a specific online valve. Another employee interrupted and asked what kind i needed. When I told him he said we don't carry that. I told him I bought one 2 months ago. He said something about make sure it's the right one. If you use it or take it apart, you can't bring it back

Every time I visit this store I have little to no idea what I am talking about but these guys are somehow able to decipher what it is that I need every time! Thanks so much!
