Shut my gas off after sending my bill and disconnect notice to the wrong address. Now they expect me to pay all reconnect fees, deposit, and wait 13 hours at home for the reconnect appointment 😂😂

I mean do i even need to say. Disconnected with no prior notice.
I just got off the phone with Jessica she really helped me out and moved the start date for my service up to tomorrow instead of when it was going to be 5 days from now, she was very friendly and so helpful, I hope she gets a raise
