One of the best storage facilities in northeast Atlanta! Stellar service and exceptional customer care. Sydney is amazing! She is very thorough and makes sure she takes care of her customers! She shows compassion when dealing with frustrating customers and tries her best to troubleshoot and problem solve. She makes sure that the customers leaves satisfied and every box is checked! What a pleasant experience. So much better than the big brands that don’t care. Clean and new facility. Good rates. Covered loading to keep out of the weather and heat. Can ask for anything more. Very good security

Love the facility and the staff is usually very nice! However to raise rent without notifying the tenants is extremely unfair! And to raise it 20 dollars more a month. I say stay away folks! Find a place that doesn’t increase your rent randomly without explaining they are doing so any why! I’ve had my storage for a year and the rent has gone up twice! I can’t wait to move my things elsewhere.
