Jacob was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication, punctuality, knowledge and professionalism. He swapped out a doorbell for me and terminated / tested a CAT5 that had been sitting inside my walls for 15 years. All this in less than an hour and at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely have him come back the next time the need arises.
