Im giving 3 stars because the time it took to repair my RV. The repairs were completed this week. I initiall left the rv in the hands of Southwest RV for a issue with the co2 detector not having power. This was inlate September or October. No real rush as we didn't need it till possibly June. Long story short. Up until the first of week of March my RV was barely looked at and the primary reason was the individual working on the RV's was always by him self and swamped with work. They were the only repair shop in the area that had availability to take care of some maintenance on our TT. They not only took care of those items, but also a few things we were not aware of. We are very appreciative and they were reasonably priced and I may add They were all very nice.
