Steve has been servicing my pool for years. The service has been not quality here lately. I turned on my fountains and brown water came out of them. I requested a call to discuss but he never called. Just last week, I wanted to discuss again and he did not call. He came for the normal service but did not do it. He took the payment and sent me a cancellation notice the same day.
