Easy and fast process

Absolutely the worst service ever! Moved tried to get the gas turned on in my apartment. The person who was supposed to turn on the service didn’t get the memo to go to the office and get the key to gain entry in order to complete job. So since the details were over looked I’m taking cold showers for a week because these idiots next available appointment is 7 days away. I guess they don’t work weekends either! I should get a year for free for intentionally causing me emotional distress.
