Best service in town!

Had this company clean out the dryer duct at my apartment which was clogged bad. They did a good job and provided a good service, however they began to take my dryer vent on the back of my dryer and hook up another cheaper vent to the dryer. This was not asked of them and they tried to play it off as if they knew what’s best. They were asked not to take my vent I had installed and then left my equipment, but decided to take one of my hose clamps. Yes it’s a $4 dollar part, but it’s my $4 part no
