Steve and Brad did a fabulous job installing our shutters! They were very professional and quick. They did a perfect installation in less than two hours. They protected our floors by wearing booties and were super clean. Actually, our experience with Southwest was 5 star from beginning to end. Brad was a great installation guy. Black out still has slight lights in cracks. But still amazing. Would say there 99% black out.
