The process was simple from quote to work completion, and Don was very efficient, so don't expect a lot of talk. We had a sewage pipe suddenly burst, and Don fixed it right up in no time. Price was also reasonable. Likely because he doesn't try to linger around, talk, or direct an amateur during service like many other places. Would use services again.
