We had an issue at the height of summer and Matt was able to be at our house within 20 minutes of calling! (A lucky break for that time frame, but I'd say they are quick regardless). He came and assessed the issue and was fortunately able to fix it same day for a reasonable price. We called in a pinch and he delivered on all fronts.
