Not the best place to do business. You literally have to make a payment at another facility and they charge you over 11 percent of your bill that is insane to process your check. Atmos doesn't charge anything Entergy charges $2.50. For the worse service and if you don't make in time to pay your bill you have to go through their phone service of 11 percent of your bill. Criminal if you ask me

I have never seen this amount of dysfunction in my entire life. I wish I could give 0 stars. Great job of communicating the change in vendors to customers who were thrown off auto pay with no notice and shut off water, SARCASM. Only communicated this change on the website? And then you have the audacity to stop receiving calls about your poor execution of this rollout. A complete failure in service and professionalism. Do better, smh!
