Came out and really liked him. He said he was going to send us a quote and then totally ghosted us. Many texts and phone calls but no response. Very disappointing as he advertised on Carmel Dads.

SOS roofing went the extra miles that it required to work through a claim with our insurance company and provided full replacement of our roof! We were impressed with the follow up and follow through that they provided to make sure we were successful at making a claim. This required significant documentation, many emails, photo and video proof. The new roof looks amazing!

They walked us through every step of the way and even inspected the roof with the insurance company. We received a full roof replacement and SOS knocked it out of the park.
