We did a lot of work with Dave and Amilcar at SDC over the years and we have been very happy with the results. They are not a cheap contractor, but I found that the cost was very much worth it as the work was excellent, they don't take shortcuts, and Dave and Amilcar gave us a lot of input and advice on approaches, places to save a few bucks, and where we have to spend. Good home renovations are expensive, but it is way cheaper than bad home renovations, expensive surprises, and lawsuits. SDC
