Brett was wonderful. He came to our place on very short notice. He tested our water for hardness, thoroughly explained water softening benefits and reverse osmosis systems, but in the end determined that these would not work well in our particular situation. Instead he recommended a solution that was not something his company even sold. That kind of honest service is very difficult to find. Highly recommend!

Our iron filter challenge was resolved quickly with Brett’s prompt response. We appreciate the options he shared with us. Randy did the actual replacement work and his work is the best.
