We had a simple faucet replaced in our bathroom. It took 1 hour. We purchased the faucet ourselves and they charged us $570+. This company charges way too much, twice what other companies charge. We won't choose them ever again and will advise our neighbors to choose someone else.

Plumbers from Soderlin arrived within 10 minutes after a gas leak was discovered in my house.

Charged me 1k to replace a part I ended up finding for 20 bucks. Toilet was still broken after that so they gave me an additional 1.6k estimate to just replace the whole toilet. I ended up having a friend (who isn't even a plumber) come over for dinner one night to look at it and he was able to fix it. Le sigh. This place just might not be a good pick for older toilets or "complicated" jobs. I've otherwise had good experiences with them.
