Suppose to have someone come out to turn on gas. They did not give me a call or knock on the door. They just quickly left a note staying that nobody was home and now I have to wait another week. I found the note within 5 min of them leaving it as well and they said they cant just turn around and quickly turn it on.. lazy people

Why they DONT update any schedule change in the website and/or Google maps so customer don't drive far to make a payment? Unacceptable.
