Josh & Albert were fantastic! Went above and beyond. Seemlessly helped transition from Cox to Directtv. Programmed all devices to our liking, mounted a new TV, removed all cox equipment and reprogrammed our universal remote. Have been a longtime SST customer and their service team is a big reason why.
