I’m convinced that this company runs scams. I cancelled my service within the first 24 hours of having it. I called ADT to kick off the cancellation, which they acted promptly. And they informed me that I should call this company to initiate the refund process. My contract ended this month. They called me in the spring to ask if I would like to renew my contract and I stated that I was not interested, as this is a very useless service. They didn’t communicate this and Cameron Sawyer doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls to ensure the contract is cancelled, so they can charge you on a monthly basis. Stay away!

This company has called me 50-60 times. I have home security already, asked to be removed from their call lists. Continue to get calls. PLEASE STOP calling me.
