I called to get my gutters inspected by Simply Gutters. It is actually Ned Steven Gutter Cleaners. I was told they charge for a cleaning while they inspect the gutters. They cleaned the gutters and said there were no issues. Well...I have a very obvious downspouts missing and a missing portion of gutters at one side of the house. The cleaner took pictures of all the sides EXCEPT where the issues were. Feeling very much like this was a bait and switch situation. If they don't fix gutters, then I
