While I was able to get a crew on short notice, the service was a bit unprofessional. First off all payments are made via Zelle or Apple Pay to the owners phone. . . . Even the final payment. The crew arrived 20 minutes late. Since this service is paid by the hour, it felt like the move was being intentionally dragged out. At times they were carrying ONE Small item at a time.
