The Simple Bath + Kitchen crew were a joy to work with from the salesperson to the install crew. All were very friendly and knowledgeable, and had answers to all our questions. The quality of work was outstanding and their sales room has everything so it's easy to make product selections. The installers kept to the schedule and finished on time with no extra charges. We highly recommend Simple Bath + Kitchen!

The wrong height of tub was installed per contract. Now the whole thing, tub, surround and other, is going to have to be redone. It's pretty but I'm almost 70 and can't deal with the height. Shawn assures me it will be redone but the date is whenever the parts come in. I've already paid in full. Not happy.
