Jake is great to work with. He’s reliable , fair priced and gets the job done .
I don't know why Jake doesn't have five stars across the board. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did rock-solid work, and charged a fair price--no surprises, no issues. I rarely write reviews but Jake's work warranted it.
