We contacted Keith at Shamrock 10 days ago. Keith came out explained what we needed and we were scheduled within a week. Yesterday our job was done and we couldn't be more pleased. They were on time did exactly what we needed cleaned up and honestly we would recommend them for any waterproofing needs.

I was very impressed when the Shamrock technician waterproofed our crawlspace last year and told me that they offered a yearly maintenance opportunity for the dehumidifier that was placed there. This summer, however, I have been unable to get Shamrock to schedule that service after two phone calls, and I cannot crawl under the house myself to see what the situation is. So I don’t know if the dehumidifier is working or not, or if not having maintenance performed will cause a mechanical problem. A
