This is my experience only i used Shady Nook Feb. 2019 for a totally new system installation I have never seen a well go out so fast so I called them back and asked them to take a look at it first they wanted to charge me for a home visit. Then when they did come to check very rude and told me I needed to come up with 2500.00 more dollars I called another company to look at it the fixed it in 20 minutes and it was under 200.00 dollars Shady Nook tried it I think they will take advantage of who

charged an elderly couple i know 4000.00 dollars to replace a well pump, absolutely scammed them. I guess they saw a nice house in a really nice neighborhood and a couple old people with a little money and said why not i guess. Its a shame when people take advantage of the elderly

I woke up to no water in the house. I was able to identify that there was either a problem with the pump or the well. I called Shady Nook, because they left a sticker on the pump either when the house was built, or when it had been serviced by the previous home owner. First, they answered my call at 6:30 a.m.! I called expecting to get a recording with their hours so I knew when to call back. They said someone would be out at 9:00, and WOW! Someone was actually at my house at 9:00!!! It o
