Miserable experience, Paid for “premium” screen doors, most panels arrived with severe scratching, was sent replacements that were also littered with severe scratching, but was able to piece together acceptable units across both severely scratched orders. I purchased a replacement screen in a hurry and didn't see the oversized shipping charge until it was too late. They generously offered to swap the screen out for a precut kit and refunded the difference within an hour of my panicked email to them. Absolutely wonderful customer service.
