They came out to clean gutters…. One problem, they weren’t done properly. Literally rained the next day and they filled up with water and never drained. I called and spoke with a team member and shared my concerns, he said “did they mention anything about the downspouts”. I did hear from the tech who allegedly completed the work. He mentioned nothing skit about downspouts but he did mention something about my windows. The customer service rep requested photo in which I gladly set over…. Stil
