I worked with Kenny, Javier and Clevex the initial clean up crew. They came out quicky to get the job started. They were all friendly and there to get the job done. However I wish the company itself had better communication regarding parts of the process, the testing/results of Asbestos as well as getting the proper department out to clean it up in a timely manner. So yes we still have some work to finish so I will see how it goes.

We had a water leaking issue and Fernando, Imanol and rest of their team did a really good job for the flooring mitigation. They carefully removed all the affected flooring, cleaned the area and set up drying fans and dehumidifier for few days. They also covered everything during the process and cleaned up everything afterward.

Had sewer line backup in basement. After I had it fixed, I called around for cleanup. SERVPRO were very fast to respond. Office staff on the phone were polite and responsive. Inspector came out within 2-3 hrs for estimate. Kenny Whittaker who did the job was absolutely great. Attentive, responsible, very professional.
