Patrick and Tai were quick to respond to our project, and were excellent in helping us clean up after experiencing a pipe leak. They did a great job helping us navigate a distressing event. We also had great support and coordination with John. We did experience a small miscommunication as we wrapped up the project, but management worked well with us to resolve those. Overall, pleased with our experience with ServePro of Norman!

Aaron and Chase have been awesome! Communication of the cleanup has been great. The time of being at the house to check the machines has been spot on. Really appreciate them.

Aaron was very professional during the process. His knowledge and experience definitely made the situation as stress free as possible! He was also understanding with all of the questions asked each day. His crew, Brian and Chase, worked diligently from the beginning to the end. Patrick stepped in on the last day at our home and was detailed in double checking all of the areas to ensure the were dry. I highly recommend this company!
