Servpro in Lake Havasu was assigned by our Insurance company to complete the rebuild of our home after a flood in our kitchen. Our experience with Servpro has been inconsistent and lacked the professional standard expected. The staff Jason , Devin and Stacey had very poor communication and a lack of follow-through that created significant coordination difficulties and confusion throughout a process that should not have required nine months to finish. The company claimed work could not proceed
