Overall a great experience with this franchise from initial consultation and proposal, to the work itself, to the follow up from the office. Communication was very clear and quick by all, the crew remediated the mold effectively, and adjusted to our concerns and preferences. Highly recommend!

They are the best

On Saturday, a hot water pipe burst in my brother-in-law‘s apartment. Glen Oaks called Servpro, and they were there within hours. Edwin and Brian were very efficient and professional. They answered a lot of questions. My husband and I have been in contact with Tim, and are very pleased with the handling of this situation, so far. We highly recommend Servpro! ADDENDUM The following Monday, the remediation crew was back, and consisted of Mel, Gabriel, and Keiry. Tim was on site, and supervised
