Do not use for restoration! Their mitigation side of the business was great but you might be better off trying the repair yourself. It couldn't look much worse than what they left me with. EDIT: I forgot to mention these pictures are what was left AFTER they came by to fix the issues I pointed out when they first said they were done.

Would NOT use. This company was a preferred contractor with State Farm for our dishwasher leak mitigation and restoration. We have told State Farm to no longer recommend them. I used this ServPro location for water mitigation and restoration following a dishwasher leak in our kitchen. We had a great experience with the mitigation team. Unfortunately, the restoration experience left a lot to be desired. Our contractor was inconsistent in his communication with us and made multiple decisions that we believe significantly delayed the process. It took more than seven months (!!) for our floor to finally be completely restored. The billing communication was also very poor.
