The incident occurred on 3-31-26 during a severe storm in Cleveland, Ohio,with winds in excess of 70 mph. When I arrived home, I discovered that it was raining in my kitchen and inside my kitchen cabinets. I contacted this company for help with cleaning following a home disaster, and manager, Rodd, reached out to me and was patient, kind, gave me great advice and he called me immediately after I inquired. Going through a home disaster is scary and often lonely, but to have contractors/cleaners that actually care makes a world of difference - He fully understood what we needed and made time to call me personally...would highly recommend!!!
