5-Star Service! We had some storm damage and needed help. Once we opened the walls, we found a whole host of issues. great experience so far! Like a lot of people in the area the last two rain storms blessed us with lots of water - unfortunately some found it's way inside the house... I'm sorry, but they have been the worst! Here are some quotes " we will call you at 830"...it's 10 now and no call. "We will be there at 9am" they show up at 3pm. They might stay for 1 or 2 hours then the cycle begins again... "We will be back to do xyz in the morning"...... and nothing. Didn't coordinate with the people that do the outside, now a lot is torn up, and it's raining..... what the actual hell?!, I will let them finish the inside tear down, but nothing else. Disappointed

I had called Serv Pro about mold testing. They do not do the test, but will do the restoration if mold is found. We had a mold testing company come. The air was good, but some dry mold was found under the laundry room sink. Not sure for how long, but we wanted it removed. I called Serv Pro, and they were able to come the next day.
