I am glad I called SERVPRO and so was my Insurance company. SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch and the adjuster had a great working relationship; which made things so easy. Great work for both water clean up and construction. One stop shop my home is better than before the disaster. I knew I was in good hands when the adjuster stated I would of recommended SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch, weve done a lot of work together over the years.

If there was an option for a 0 star rating for Servpro Alamo Ranch, they would get it. Travelers insurance referred Servpro Alamo Ranch to me in 2023 when I filed a water claim. I paid my deductible and Travelers paid the balance of the repairs cost as expected. Balance fully paid in 2023. I received a voicemail on May 12, 2026 from Mike Galligan, the Servpro Alamo Ranch Manager. On the voicemail Mike says I need to call him to settle a 22,000 balance or he will file a lawsuit.
