We hired Jason on 1/17/2022 to repair the hinges on two doors, repair our wood basement steps, replace a damaged redwood fence picket, and check the kitchen faucet. Jason arrived on time. He wore a mask and covered his shoes. After assessing our repair needs, he quickly went to work. The finished work was just perfect! Jason fixed a leak coming off my water heater and was really awesome with how he explained what he was going to do and why. I really appreciate when someone explains things to me the way he did and not just a this is how it is pay me kind of attitude which I've gotten a lot of in the past. My friend who lives in Huachuca City Az had a broken water heater and was Devastated. I found Jason on Google and we are Both glad I did. He was very courteous and Professional. Where she was told it would be a week before she could get help from another company, Jason came the next day. He was so wonderful he got there when he said he would be there. He replaced the water heater in no time at all but when they started filling it with water the tank they got from Home Depot started leaking.
