Service Masters delivered good service. My contact, Sarah H., was responsive, clear, and easy to work with during the initial steps of my mitigation process. I appreciate her knowledge and patience while answering my questions--it gave me confidence I was in good hands. Service Masters has provided exceptional service to us before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Don’t work with them! The manager Freya was unfriendly and arrogant. In the middle of the project, they needed to give me a new quote to decide if I want to fix some new issues found, and they took their multiple days sweet time until giving me the quote, while charging the equipment fee day by day. They were terribly frustrating to work with. Also, the workers got my closet full of dusk, although they promised they will seal it before work.
