The techs were great and the service was as advertised

Technicians were very polite and professional. Explained everything they were going to do including cost beforehand. I was very impressed by their honesty and integrity. Service General will be my go to for all my HVAC needs. Last summer 2025 I experienced trouble with my a/c. Issues with possible leaks and other issues were dealt with and so far all is well. They assured me if there were any problems going forward they have my back. Their commitment to all customers is remarkable. Thank

This company was called by my rental company. The billing seemed extremely strange to me. I was told it was going to be approx $1500 to change a valve on a gas pack and then they did me the favor of only changing me approx $500. What would the other $1000 have been for? I'm extremely suspicious of this company and would advise anyone to avoid them.
