DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I had been a customer of theirs for years including paying for annual service contracts. They were recently acquired and the company has completely changed. Last week they found that I needed a new compressor, but then told me it was unavailable and my only choice was a $16,000 new unit. DO NOT use Service Experts! I bought a new AC system with air filtration June 2022 from Hays Heating and Cooling. Service Experts bought Hays. This system had a 5 year warranty. My AC stopped cooling March 2 2026. I had 1 and 1/2 years left on this warranty. The SE technician told me that I had a faulty wire install on my air filtration system and that I would need to have this repaired. Cost $386.75. I authorized as I need the house to cool. 5/8/26 Service with Joe Money for maintenance on water heater and faucet output did and did an excellent job. Provided good advice regarding water pressure and water treatment maintenance.
