Went over to my parents house and they say the septic is backing up. I called Daniells, they say nothing until tomorrow. I called Septic Solutions and leave a message, received a quick call back. The guy was pleasant and honest in saying it might have to be tomorrow but he'd see what he could do. Few hours later my parents call me saying Septic Solutions was on the way.They did an assessment, gave a quote prior to work then got digging. WHAT LIFESAVERS! Thanks guys!!

I do not recommend this person. Very rude and aggressive. Yells at his costumer. In my opinion I would not hire him even if if lives by you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to ask questions about the septic inspection report I received— Was very RUDE and unorganized (doesn’t remember inspecting that property). He asked I email him a list of everything needed, which I did. 4 days later… I called to follow up and Billy told me if I wanted information regarding the system I needed to hire someone to do that and was not going to call him and request information… I thought you are the professional specializing in septic systems???

5 19 25...Called for pumping service and he was able to arrive this morning. He explained the situation and my options. Emptied the main holding tank and we are back in business. Very good experience and glad we called him.

I called Billie for a plugged RV black tank and he showed up within 24 hours. Kept in contact with his ETA and got me back in business for half the price of anyone else. I will definitely call him for any further service in the future
